Feedback and complaints

Central London CCG is responsible for funding and co-ordinating health service in your area. We want to make sure that patients receive excellent care delivered in a respectful and courteous way. You can help us do this by letting us know how we are doing.

We like to hear from you about:

  • Suggestions on how we can improve your healthcare
  • Good experiences you’ve had with your GP
  • Improvements needed at your local surgery
  • What you think about our website
  • How we can communicate with you better

You can send your views and comments to us by filling in the feedback form here. You can also contact us over the phone 02033504540, by email: clccg.communications@nhs.net, or through Twitter. We also have meetings of our Governing Body, and an Annual General Meeting where you will have opportunities to ask questions and share your thoughts.

How to make a complaint

Making a complaint is one way that helps organisations learn from their mistakes, it also serves to prevent such mistakes happening to anyone else.

You can make a complaint in writing, by email, over the telephone or in person. Your complaint should be made as soon as possible. This should be within a year of the event. You can make a complaint on your own or on behalf of someone else if you have their permission.
