Time? 18.00 – 19.30pm

RSVP? We would be grateful if you could let us know whether you are able to attend. Please email clccg.communications@nhs.net to confirm your attendance and if you have any queries.

How do I join? Simply click on the Microsoft Teams Live link here. A note that you don't need to have a Microsoft Teams account to join the meeting (there is an option to join as a 'guest' without a Microsoft Teams account)

Agenda? The agenda will be made available on our website in due course. As this will be a virtual meeting there will not be the usual opportunities to talk to CCG staff about the various projects and initiatives they worked on during 2019/20.

How can I ask questions? We would be happy to answer any questions people may have on what has been achieved in 2019/20 and on any of the topics covered in the formal presentations during the question and answer session. There are two ways to ask questions. Either you can submit questions 48 hours prior to the meeting to clccg.communications@nhs.net. There is also the option of asking questions in the Microsoft Teams chat function, during the meeting

I've never used Microsoft Teams before, how does it work? For guides on how to use Microsoft Teams Live, see the links below

What topics will be covered?

During 2019/20 the CCG continued to deliver the highest possible quality of care and to improve services against a challenging financial backdrop as well as experiencing the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. We continued to work with local stakeholders throughout the year and, as ever, have been grateful for their feedback and contributions.

The CCG has also continued to work with neighbouring CCGs on transformational programmes that will benefit the wider community across North West London. We also continued the planning for the vote of the CCG membership on the proposed single CCG for NW London. The vote took place in September and an update will be provided at the AGM.

In the AGM, you will  also hear about the progress and the achievements we have made and about the response to the Covid 19 pandemic. We will present our annual report and accounts which is available on our website.

Further questions? If you would like further information, please email clccg.communications@nhs.net. In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you there
